ZAWONET | Thinking outside the box: The land issue in an international context

"The way we deal with land has a significant influence on architecture and urban development. In the last decade, the privatization of urban land and speculation on it has increased dramatically. Many European cities, which are subject to high development pressure, have virtually no buildable land available themselves."
Florian Hertweck

The problem described in the quote is not a local phenomenon, but is causing controversial discussions between investors, owners and tenants worldwide, especially in densely populated urban areas. At our last event of the year, we will take a look "outside the box" at the situation in Switzerland and neighboring countries and look forward to exciting and informative input presentations as well as the search for solutions in the panel discussion. We look forward to a stimulating exchange!
