The problem described in the quote is not a local phenomenon, but is causing controversial discussions between investors, owners and tenants worldwide, especially in densely populated urban areas. At our last event of the year, we will take a look "outside the box" at the situation in Switzerland and neighboring countries and look forward to exciting and informative input presentations as well as the search for solutions in the panel discussion.
