The winter scaffolding has fallen

The winter scaffolding has fallen and fine mounds of snow still remind us of frosty days gone by. As soon as the last of the snow has melted, the Du Lac retirement centre in St. Moritz will receive its plinth made of regional granite stone. Work is also progressing inside the centre so that the residents can move into their new home towards the end of the year.

As we visit the exhibition "Gerhard Richter: Engadin", our gaze falls on the painting "Snow" and then we look forward to exploring the building in the coming winter, when life has returned and it perhaps nestles into the winter landscape just as the houses in Sils Maria did back then.
