BGP and Mierta and Kurt Lazzarini Architects win the planning competition for the Du Lac residential building in St. Moritz

We are delighted to have been awarded the contract for a forward-looking residential construction project on the Du Lac site in St. Moritz. The new residential building completes the urban design of the Du Lac site, which has already gained a more striking presence with the new retirement centre. The visible timber construction with cross-laminated timber ceilings - activated in the secondary load-bearing direction - creates a warm, inviting atmosphere and is based on a simple, consistently developed structure. The flat floor plans were designed with a view to maximising flexibility so that the building can meet a wide range of needs - from single people to families and communal living arrangements.

A big thank you to our employees and planning partners!
